A: It comes 40% assembled, we will send you the assemble instruction and manual by email. Please also tell us your email address when you place the order.

Q. Is it difficult to assemble for the average person? Would I need any tools?

A: It will require 1-2 hours of assembling and adjusting for the average person. We will provide the tools.

Q. Do the bike shops have parts to make repairs, as needed? 

A: All of the consumable parts used to build your trike are standard bicycle components that your local bike shop will be able to service.

Q. What is your warranty?

A: We provide a 5-year warranty for the frame, a 1-year warranty for motor and controller.

A: FedEx or SF express.

Usually ship to America, Canada by SF express, it will take about 7 days to your door.
